Returns + Exchanges
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your KOMODO products! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:
RETURNS
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Items must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at hi@komodoart.co to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the replacement.
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.
REFUNDS
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
