Returns + Exchanges

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your KOMODO products! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:


RETURNS 

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Items must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

    1. Contact our customer service team at hi@komodoart.co to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
    2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
    3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


EXCHANGES
    Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or variant.

    Exchange Process:
    • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
    • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the replacement.
    • We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.
    Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or damage. For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.


      REFUNDS

      Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

      Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

        DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

        If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
